About
Guidance was formed when two established companies, led by people who have known each other for over twenty years, worked together on a property project and saw how seamlessly it functioned. That experience led us to bring our respective businesses together under Guidance, uniting design and production within a single studio.
Our beliefs
We believe that client interests come first. We choose the best path to ensure the work is powerful, effective, and built to last. We are friendly, approachable, and conscientious, and flexible enough to adapt as projects evolve. We value long-term partnerships but are just as comfortable supporting one-off projects. Above all, we stay focused on results. If work is not helping a scheme sell, let, or guide people through space, it is simply decoration.

Why us
From intent to delivery
Most studios focus on the early stages of a project — the brand, the visuals, the pitch. We understand what happens after that. Guidance was set up to work across the full arc of a property project, from typographic systems and identity through to the practical realities of manufacture and site delivery. Because we operate on both sides of that line, we anticipate problems early, protect the integrity of the design, keep budgets under control, and make sure the work actually gets built.
Commercial flexibility
You can involve us as much or as little as you need. Some clients appoint us end to end, others bring us in for specific stages — identity, wayfinding, production, or site-wide delivery. We are not here to replace existing teams or processes. We are here to add senior judgement, technical clarity, and momentum where it matters, so the job gets done properly, whatever the scale.
